- Content-Aware Patch and Content-Aware Move: These tools allow you to seamlessly remove or move selected objects in an image while filling the gaps with content that matches the surrounding area.
- Mercury Graphics Engine: This feature enhances the overall performance of Photoshop, allowing for faster rendering and handling of large files.
- New Blur Gallery: CS6 introduced new blur effects like Field Blur, Iris Blur, and Tilt-Shift, which provide more control over creating realistic depth-of-field effects.
- Adaptive Wide Angle: This tool helps correct lens distortions and perspective issues in photos, particularly for wide-angle shots.
- Crop Tool improvements: CS6 introduced a redesigned Crop Tool with a new perspective crop option, enabling you to straighten images and adjust perspective distortion.

It’s worth noting that Adobe has since released newer versions of Photoshop, including Photoshop CC (Creative Cloud), which introduced a subscription-based model and continuous updates. The latest version as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021 is Adobe Photoshop 2021, which has further advancements in features and performance compared to CS6.
